2026 NRWC Member Gathering

The NRWC Member Gathering is a special engagement opportunity during the annual conference. While our community stays connected throughout the year through webinars, trainings, and collaborative initiatives, this gathering provides a unique in-person opportunity to strengthen relationships, celebrate progress, and reflect on how we can continue advancing the reentry workforce field together.

Session Objectives:

 As the only time each year that many members have the opportunity to gather face-to-face, this session is designed to:

1. Inform members of NRWC's current priorities, emerging initiatives, and efforts to strengthen the field.

2. Inspire members as they hear stories of impact from fellow members who are creating opportunities for justice-impacted job seekers and learners.

3. Strengthen Connections between members as they meet new colleagues, exchange ideas, identify potential partnerships, and learn from one another's experiences and innovations.
